Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Basic computer knowledge including scheduling and point-of-sale systems
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
  • Must meet age requirements for handling transactions as required by state or local regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or front-desk experience preferred ideally in hospitality club or recreational environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively in person and by phone
  • Professional polished and welcoming demeanor with consistent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency with computers scheduling systems and point-of-sale platforms
  • Reliable punctual and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Must meet age requirements for handling transactions as required by state or local regulations

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests promptly professionally and courteously upon arrival
  • Manage check-ins for tee times lessons events and club access
  • Answer incoming calls respond to questions and route inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Provide accurate information regarding club amenities schedules policies and upcoming events
  • Maintain an organized clean and well-presented front desk and lobby area
  • Assist with point-of-sale transactions including merchandise purchases and guest fees as applicable
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling data entry filing and maintaining daily logs
  • Communicate effectively with golf operations food and beverage events and other departments to support smooth guest experiences
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall club operations
