Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms
  • Professional manner in appearance and behavior
  • Flexibility to work part-time on weekends from 7 am to 3 pm
  • Enthusiasm for working with seniors
  • Dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
  • Ability to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 3 pm
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with seniors

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors and provide administrative support to facility personnel
  • Support business office functions including filing and document management
  • Assist with recruiting functions by providing administrative support
  • Maintain a professional image in appearance and behavior
  • Use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and orally
  • Ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk operation
