- previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position preferred

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact at the community for customers through telephone and in-person communications
- graciously greet community residents, visitors, and family members
- address questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families
- provide support to sales and marketing and the business office
- positively interact with all visitors, current, and prospective residents
- communicate professionally and effectively with senior residents
