Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a relevant administrative role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • proficiency in MS Office software including Excel
  • familiarity with basic accounting principles and office management
  • ability to multitask and manage correspondence efficiently
  • availability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM
  • commitment to maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or relevant role
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, particularly Excel
  • high school diploma
  • BSc or BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate office activities and operations
  • manage phone calls and correspondence including email, letters, and packages
  • support bookkeeping
  • track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • submit timely reports
  • sort mail
  • perform any other duties to help maintain the office
  • assist colleagues whenever necessary
