Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Manage the appointment calendar and schedule meetings for staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a pleasant first impression
  • Provide support to visitors and assist with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries, distributing to the appropriate staff members
