Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or front-desk experience preferred, ideally in hospitality, club, or recreational environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively in person and by phone
- Professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor with consistent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and point-of-sale platforms
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Must meet age requirements for handling transactions as required by state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests promptly, professionally, and courteously upon arrival
- Manage check-ins for tee times, lessons, events, and club access
- Answer incoming calls, respond to questions, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information regarding club amenities, schedules, policies, and upcoming events
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-presented front desk and lobby area
- Assist with point-of-sale transactions, including merchandise purchases and guest fees, as applicable
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, filing, and maintaining daily logs
- Communicate effectively with Golf Operations, Food & Beverage, Events, and other departments to support smooth guest experiences
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall club operations
