Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- must be available weekends 2 p.m.-7 p.m.
- ability to perform multiple tasks and handle phone communication
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to maintain security protocols and ensure visitor compliance
- ability to report unusual behavior accurately
- dependable and detail-oriented
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous receptionist experience preferred
Job Duties
- Screen visitors to the appropriate location ensuring security to the building
- ensure all visitors sign in and wear a visitor’s pass
- provide daily coverage for admissions coordinator during breaks and required times
- connect and transfer calls to appropriate parties and perform overhead paging
- notify admissions coordinator when visitors request tours of the facility
- obtain wheelchairs for patients
- report unusual behavior in lobby or parking areas to facilities
- notify nursing when gifts arrive for patients for timely delivery
- postmark outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
- log all incoming job applications
