Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or guest service role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Availability to work Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm, and every third Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems
  • A passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence to various departments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area, offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments as needed
  • Assist with other clerical duties and support special projects as assigned
