Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • customer service experience preferred
  • ability to handle cash and maintain accuracy
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • positive attitude and strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Some training or experience in using multi-line phones and computers

Job Duties

  • Customer service
  • acknowledge smile and greet patients upon arrival or dismissal
  • respond to patient questions and or concerns according to company policies
  • answering telephones
  • scheduling appointments
  • maintaining appointment book
  • confirming appointments
  • follow up on no shows or cancellation of appointments
  • register patients on sign in sheet
  • chart filling
  • cash handling
  • checking voicemail on a daily basis
  • maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
  • perform and undertake other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Office Manager or the PDM
  • support strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
  • all other duties as assigned
