Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of reception or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • professional and polite demeanor
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • light typing skills at 30-35 words per minute

Job Duties

  • Greeting all visitors
  • answering a multi-line phone system and transferring calls to appropriate departments or individuals
  • providing directions to visitors in the building
  • performing miscellaneous clerical duties with various departments as needed
  • maintaining a professional demeanor
  • communicating effectively with staff, visitors, vendors, family members, residents, and tenants
  • multitasking and managing fast recall and memorization tasks
