Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA
- availability for contract employment

Job Duties
- Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
- answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
- manage visitor check-ins and maintain security protocols
- monitor the front entrance and assist guests when the doorbell rings
- keep the reception and stock room organized and tidy
- provide general administrative support and assist with office tasks
- maintain a clean, inviting reception area
