Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a front office receptionist
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the US
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and in a team
  • Willingness to cross-train for other functions
  • Good attendance record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Prior corporate reception or hotel front desk experience required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Some college preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • willingness to cross-train for other job functions
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion

Job Duties

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests
  • determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location
  • Switchboard operation - answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff or take messages when needed
  • Assist executives with travel and expense and calendar support
  • assist with conference room location and appointments
  • Pantry and bar area supply management
  • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
  • perform other duties as needed
  • Assist with coordinating office activities and operations
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation
  • attention to detail
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • perform other tasks as assigned
