Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience performing receptionist duties
  • Basic computer skills with working knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Internet
  • Proficient in Google Suite products and Zoom
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, staff and the public
  • Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Able to prioritize work
  • Strong organization skills
  • Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of approved Personal Protection Equipment including respirators
  • Must be clean shaven where respirator seal meets the face for fit tests

Job Qualifications

  • Able to prioritize work effectively

Job Duties

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and route calls to appropriate contacts
  • Provide information, take messages and schedule appointments as necessary
  • Greet and assist all incoming guests including visitors, customers, vendors and employment applicants
  • Record visitor arrival and departure and determine the purpose of visits
  • Perform routine administrative support tasks including typing email correspondence, reports and documents
  • File and maintain records and schedule conference rooms
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages and special deliveries
  • Maintain the appearance of the reception area by ensuring neatness and restocking company information materials
  • Stock and tidy the kitchen at the end of the day
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
