- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Greet customers professionally and courteously
- Connect customers by phone or in person with the appropriate dealership team member
- Manage telephone switchboards and handle customer calls
- Enter basic customer demographic information into the sales control system
- Assist sales and service teams during dealership events and service rush hours
- Provide prompt assistance to customers with accuracy and professionalism
- Support the dealership team often during non-traditional hours
