Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • schedule clients according to their preferences
  • help ensure all clients needs have been met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • perform other duties as assigned
