Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two years of experience working in a professional setting
- Previous experience in a law firm, hospitality and/or a services organization preferred

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn additional software such as conference room booking software
Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact by welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to attorneys and staff
- Understand and follow established office and security procedures for receiving visitors, packages, and Service of Process documents
- Provide conference services support and cross train in all conference services areas
- Regularly use computer software application programs to retrieve information, send and receive e-mails, reserve conference rooms, and communicate confirmations and cancellations in a timely manner
- Assist with meeting logistics to include billing catering orders to the appropriate cost centers
- Assist with routine administrative tasks including submitting expense reports, invoices and check requests while using specialized software programs such as Chrome River and iManage
- Assist with coverage for shared services and other departments as needed
