Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a receptionist in an office environment is a plus
  • ability to work full-time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
  • fluency in spoken and written English
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple macOS
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • honesty and dependability
  • ability to follow instructions
  • accurate typing skills

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff
  • assist all guests, interviewees and new hires upon arrival
  • notify appropriate team members when guests arrive
  • maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area
  • promptly and courteously answer and route incoming administrative calls
  • manage all incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
  • coordinate company-wide breakfast/lunch orders and catering
  • schedule and confirm internal meetings or appointments as requested
  • assist with monthly birthday celebrations
  • coordinate travel arrangements when needed
  • support general office operations and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
