Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a receptionist in an office environment is a plus
- ability to work full-time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
- fluency in spoken and written English
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple macOS
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff
- assist all guests, interviewees and new hires upon arrival
- notify appropriate team members when guests arrive
- maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area
- promptly and courteously answer and route incoming administrative calls
- manage all incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
- coordinate company-wide breakfast/lunch orders and catering
- schedule and confirm internal meetings or appointments as requested
- assist with monthly birthday celebrations
- coordinate travel arrangements when needed
- support general office operations and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
