Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative positions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco phone systems or willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work onsite in Hampton, VA

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Ability to manage office operations and support front desk functions

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with the setup and management of Cisco phones
  • Enter information accurately and write out job quotes
  • Generate and review timesheets on a weekly basis
  • Manage files for both the office and clients
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed
