Job Requirements

  • previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with office computer applications
  • availability to work Monday to Friday from 11 am to 7 pm at the New York office
  • ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
