Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors and provide a warm, professional first impression
  • provide administrative support to facility personnel
  • support business office functions including filing and paperwork
  • assist with recruiting activities and related administrative tasks
  • maintain a professional appearance and demeanor representing the company positively
  • communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff
  • manage telephone and email correspondence efficiently
