Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • availability to work part-time weekends from 9am to 2pm
  • passion for working with seniors
  • flexible and energetic personality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
  • ability to work weekends as required

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors and provide a welcoming presence
  • provide administrative support to facility personnel
  • support business office functions
  • assist with filing and organizing documents
  • aid in recruiting activities and onboarding support
  • manage phone calls and correspondence professionally
  • maintain a professional image in appearance and behavior
