Job Duties
- Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework
- support the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) process by facilitating patient arrivals and ensuring comfort during visits
- schedule appointments to ensure smooth and productive days for healthcare providers
- interact and communicate with patients and guests in the reception area during wait times
- answer telephones promptly and handle all calls efficiently and thoroughly
- complete all tasks on the front office checklist daily
- post payments to patient accounts in accordance with company policies
