Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of receptionist or related experience preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with office equipment and telephony systems
  • ability to work accurately under pressure
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to interact professionally with diverse populations

Job Duties

  • Manage incoming calls and transfer to appropriate extensions
  • receive and sort incoming mail and process outgoing mail for office staff
  • support and guide visitors to meeting rooms and redirect as needed
  • issue building access badges and take staff ID photos
  • reconcile one-day badges by checking badge lockbox
  • assist consumers with drop off documents like verifications and subpoenas
  • admit approved vendors such as for vending machines and paper delivery
  • prepare documents for scanning as time permits
  • restock paper in multifunction devices
  • ensure office supplies are stocked and available
