Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff

- manage a multi-line phone system
- handle mail, data entry, filing, and record keeping
- provide clear, patient, and empathetic communication
- support a team-oriented work environment to ensure excellent care for residents
- assist with administrative and front desk tasks
