Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff

  • handle mail, data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • provide clear, patient, and empathetic communication
  • support a team-oriented work environment to ensure excellent care for residents
  • assist with administrative and front desk tasks
