Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Basic computer proficiency including data entry and email usage
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Provide hospital telecommunication services through telephones, pagers, paging system, radio, or computer
- Connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families
- Maintain records related to telecommunications such as long distance phone calls, on-call employees, and pages
- Integrate hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice
- Ensure confidentiality and adhere to quality and safety standards
- Respond professionally and promptly to communication requests
- Assist in coordinating communication flow within the hospital
