Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months of general office work experience focusing on customer service
- Good communication, comprehension and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic professional computer software including Microsoft Office suite and Windows
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Must adhere to all organizational policies, procedures and legal regulations including HIPAA
- Must complete required annual training including compliance, privacy and security training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of general office work experience with a focus on customer service
- Good communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Windows or similar professional computer software
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Self-directed with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong motivational skills and high emotional intelligence quotient (EQ)
- Fluent in English with the ability to speak, read, write and understand
Job Duties
- Answer phones according to facility policy and take and relay messages for managers and staff
- Screen calls
- Greet residents, visitors and staff and assist with their needs in a professional and compassionate manner
- Maintain work area to ensure a welcoming, clean and sanitary environment
- Restock supplies, refreshments, point of sale items and collateral as applicable
- Provide directions to residents, visitors and staff, connecting them with the correct responsible party as needed
- Assist with tracking facility keys and managers' schedules
- Process work orders/IDTs and ensure they are delivered to the correct department
- Perform clerical functions such as computer data entry, sorting and filing, including photocopying for residents and management staff
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with resident requests as needed
