Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to present a professional image in behavior and appearance
- Passion for working with seniors
- Flexible and energetic personality
- Availability to work part-time weekends from 7 am to 3 pm

Job Duties
- Greet all visitors and provide a welcoming first point of contact
- Provide administrative support to facility personnel
- Support business office functions including filing and record keeping
- Assist with recruiting functions and candidate interactions
- Maintain professional image in appearance and behavior
- Manage communication through Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Perform miscellaneous support duties as assigned
