Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prefer six (6) months basic office experience or receptionist experience
  • basic computer, phone, and office skills
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • friendly and outgoing disposition
  • willingness to assist sales team and customers
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • comply with company policies and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Prefer six (6) months basic office experience or receptionist experience
  • basic computer, phone, office skills are required
  • customer-facing customer service skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
  • answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information
  • welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
  • receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications
  • takes payments for services and products, if required
  • orders, receives, and maintains office supplies
  • performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating
  • attends department meetings as requested
  • reports any safety issues immediately to management
  • complies with all policies as described in the Crown Employee Handbook
  • other duties may be assigned, based on company needs
