Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff
- Manage multi-line phone system
- Handle mail, data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Create a welcoming and comforting atmosphere for residents
- Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders
- Support the team in achieving common goals for resident care
- Assist with general administrative and front desk tasks
