Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • One to three months of related experience
  • Strong passion for geriatric advocacy
  • Commitment to senior care excellence
  • Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Capacity to create a supportive and engaging environment for residents

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff
  • Manage multi-line phone system
  • Handle mail, data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Create a welcoming and comforting atmosphere for residents
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders
  • Support the team in achieving common goals for resident care
  • Assist with general administrative and front desk tasks
