Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior reception or administrative experience preferred
- ability to rotate between multiple locations throughout the workweek
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- ability to provide excellent customer service consistently
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- serve as the primary receptionist across various campus locations, rotating between buildings throughout the week
- maintain a clean and organized reception area in each building
- monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure all locations are fully stocked
- deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and staff
