Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of prior experience in a customer experience or related role
  • preferred bachelor's degree in a related field of study
  • strong interpersonal skills and keen observation abilities

  • proficiency in MS Office programs and ability to learn security-related access control software

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors
  • manage the visitor management system or entry log
  • perform all building access and check-in procedures including issuing badges
  • maintain vigilance and promptly report any suspicious behavior or unattended objects
  • identify and report potential hazards and security issues
  • demonstrate effective verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
  • utilize life safety equipment and administer basic first aid and CPR
  • perform administrative tasks as needed
