Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries
- manage IT support requests such as WiFi code changes
- handle mail and package deliveries
- support customers with office equipment setup and usage
- verify and manage accurate service billing and invoicing
- coordinate and assist in planning community networking events
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace
