  • Proficient in clerical tasks such as typing, copying, and faxing

  • Experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors and answer incoming calls in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and neat reception area
  • Handle specific resident services and community tasks as assigned
  • Operate paging and telephone systems as required
  • Take detailed messages and ensure timely relay to the intended person
  • Prepare outgoing community mail and sort incoming mail for distribution
  • Perform clerical functions associated with resident admission, discharge, and readmission as assigned
  • Perform typing, copying, and faxing for all departments as requested
  • Attend designated staff meetings
