Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of office experience preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- must be a US Person (US citizen, US national, lawful permanent resident, asylee or refugee) due to type of work and access restrictions

Job Duties
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- greet and screen visitors using the visitor management system (check-in/check-out)
- coordinate facility visits including issuing badges, arranging meals, and preparing meeting rooms
- support the HR department with special projects as assigned
- manage incoming and outgoing mail including use of postage machine
- enter change requests and new vendor/customer data into the ERP system
- request and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- audit weekly check runs for the Finance department
- scan purchase orders (POs) and change orders (COs) daily
- prepare reports, binders, mailings, and other materials for various departments
- perform other duties as assigned
