Job Duties
- Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
- answering telephone calls and managing communication
- scheduling and confirming appointments
- placing outbound calls for follow-ups and prospective clients
- presenting and explaining fees and processing payments
- recommending and obtaining products and services including prescriptions
- answering client questions and educating about pet care
- managing medical records, charts, and reports
- ensuring hospital cleanliness inside and outside including removal of animal waste
