Job Duties

  • Greet guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer the phone, take and relay messages
  • provide information to callers, guests, and employees
  • ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • perform general administrative and clerical support
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • ship equipment for NDE, Survey, and Tulsa administrative departments as needed
  • order and restock office and kitchen supplies
  • organize meetings including scheduling and arranging lunch
  • tidy and maintain the reception area and conference rooms
  • handle correspondence and maintenance requests through the property management
  • plan employee events such as team building, annual barbecue, and monthly birthday celebrations
  • prepare workspaces with necessary equipment and supplies prior to new employees' start dates
  • manage office door security badges, including creating new badges and updating user access
  • participate in cleaning, organizing, and clearing out office spaces to ensure a smooth and efficient office move
