Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in receptionist or administrative support roles preferred
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines and perform data entry efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and driving record verification

Job Duties
- Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls utilizing a multi-line phone system demonstrating professionalism at all times
- Provide support as a Receptionist CFO Assistant and Accounting Department Support including accounts receivable daily checks log accounts payable invoice posting downloading organizing invoices matching packing slips payroll data entry archiving and data entry
- Assist in identifying customer needs and administrative duties
- Maintain and renew business licenses and various permits
- Process business license renewals for various cities handling online payments or coordinating payments with accounts payable as needed
- Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required
