Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous administrative, managerial, or clerical experience preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have experience in operation and maintenance of standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, copiers, and payment processing machines
- Must be able to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Receive, direct, and relay a high volume of telephone calls including taking messages
- Greet and direct visitors and customers to appropriate personnel
- Collect payments for walk-in customer invoices and accounts
- Post invoices and payments into accounting software
- Balance all forms of payment and the cash box with accounting reports daily
- Create, edit, clear, and run inquiries into customer accounts in company accounting software
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
- Assist management and other staff as requested
