Job Duties
- greet residents, visitors, and callers with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
- answer, screen, and direct multi-line phone calls
- relay messages accurately and promptly
- monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- assist with small office tasks such as filing, copying, or scheduling support
- keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
