Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- must be punctual and have reliable attendance
- able to abide by the Omaha Country Club Tobacco, Alcohol, and Drug Policy
- availability to work evenings and weekends
- hospitality experience preferred but not required
- capable of working on-site part-time
- able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- strong written and verbal communication skills, while always striving for accuracy
- genuine desire to provide the utmost in service excellence
- exhibits a neat, clean, and professional appearance
- self-motivated, understands the importance of being efficient and keeping busy
- ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members

- capable of being discreet while handling conversations and issues with confidentiality
Job Duties
- Promptly greet members, guests, visitors, and staff with a warm, professional, accommodating demeanor
- be friendly and polite when answering phone calls, and route calls to the appropriate employee using a multi-line phone system
- assist members by answering questions and directing them to appropriate locations
- use the Club's software system to assist members with dining and event reservations
- coordinate and direct deliveries and service professionals
- operate office equipment such as computers, copiers, and printers
