Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • must be punctual and have reliable attendance
  • able to abide by the Omaha Country Club Tobacco, Alcohol, and Drug Policy
  • availability to work evenings and weekends
  • hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • capable of working on-site part-time
  • able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • strong written and verbal communication skills, while always striving for accuracy

Job Duties

  • Promptly greet members, guests, visitors, and staff with a warm, professional, accommodating demeanor
  • be friendly and polite when answering phone calls, and route calls to the appropriate employee using a multi-line phone system
  • assist members by answering questions and directing them to appropriate locations
  • use the Club's software system to assist members with dining and event reservations
  • coordinate and direct deliveries and service professionals
  • operate office equipment such as computers, copiers, and printers
