Job Requirements
- One year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of basic office equipment
- Excellent phone technique
- Prior experience in a public or customer service role
- Ability to work on-call shifts including 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, and 11pm to 7am
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Assist and direct residents to most appropriate department or person to meet their needs
- Provide assistance and information to employees, residents, and guests via phone, memo, fax, email, or in person
- Greet and assist visitors and guests interested in residency and provide brochures
- Order office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items
- Assist with maintenance of office equipment and train staff on usage
- Accept payments or bill accounts for additional services
- Manage the team's schedule
- Help provide security by screening visitors, responding to alarms, and notifying first responders
- Receive and record packages and floral deliveries, notifying staff or residents and preparing birthday cards for residents
