Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • professional and friendly demeanor
  • proficiency with office software and data entry

Job Duties

  • greet and assist customers/clients in a welcoming manner, creating a positive first impression
  • answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate individuals, and take messages, as necessary
  • handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and staff
  • perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining office records and databases
  • assist with administrative tasks including making employee badges and office supply inventory
  • provide support for special projects or tasks as needed by management
