Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- professional and friendly demeanor
- proficiency with office software and data entry

Job Duties
- greet and assist customers/clients in a welcoming manner, creating a positive first impression
- answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate individuals, and take messages, as necessary
- handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and staff
- perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining office records and databases
- assist with administrative tasks including making employee badges and office supply inventory
- provide support for special projects or tasks as needed by management
