Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year experience in customer service or senior care preferred
  • proficient in basic computer operations including Microsoft Office and email
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to multitask and manage multiple interruptions effectively
  • maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor
  • physical ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 25-30 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • one year of customer service or senior-care experience preferred
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, printers, fax, scanners)
  • ability to multitask in a busy environment with frequent interruptions
  • positive, patient, and professional attitude when interacting with residents and families
  • ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide information in a helpful, service-oriented manner
  • maintain visitor logs, calendars, inquiries, and office records
  • distribute mail and packages
  • process rent and fee payments
  • support resident needs, concerns, and appointment coordination
  • assist families by directing questions and helping locate information
  • complete clerical tasks including typing, filing, mailings, copying, and faxing
  • maintain office supplies, menus, event postings, and community boards
  • help with emergency procedures, meal times, and basic resident support
  • monitor and update ECP as needed
  • assist staff with printing, compiling face sheets, and other administrative tasks
  • keep common spaces tidy and organized
