Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum one year experience in customer service or senior care preferred
- proficient in basic computer operations including Microsoft Office and email
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to multitask and manage multiple interruptions effectively
- maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor
- physical ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 25-30 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- one year of customer service or senior-care experience preferred
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, printers, fax, scanners)
- ability to multitask in a busy environment with frequent interruptions
- positive, patient, and professional attitude when interacting with residents and families
- ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs as needed
Job Duties
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide information in a helpful, service-oriented manner
- maintain visitor logs, calendars, inquiries, and office records
- distribute mail and packages
- process rent and fee payments
- support resident needs, concerns, and appointment coordination
- assist families by directing questions and helping locate information
- complete clerical tasks including typing, filing, mailings, copying, and faxing
- maintain office supplies, menus, event postings, and community boards
- help with emergency procedures, meal times, and basic resident support
- monitor and update ECP as needed
- assist staff with printing, compiling face sheets, and other administrative tasks
- keep common spaces tidy and organized
