Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Sparks, NV
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in receptionist or administrative support role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- managing voicemail and general inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies, kitchen stock, and other materials
- Coordinating with vendors for deliveries and office maintenance
- Monitoring and managing conference room availability and scheduling
- Providing administrative support to project administrators and other team members
- Assisting with document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry
- Helping coordinate meetings, events, and office communications
- Supporting onboarding of new employees with workspace setup and orientation
- Assisting with mail distribution and shipping logistics
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in daily operations
