Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of receptionist experience preferred
  • prior experience in real estate or title industry strongly preferred

Job Duties

  • open and close the office daily and prepare office and closing rooms for customers
  • retrieve and print daily detailed closing schedules from the escrow department
  • review items at the reception desk and address or discuss with appropriate personnel
  • answer phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate personnel or office
  • greet and screen visitors to determine the nature of their business and direct appropriately
  • deliver checks to customers and collect identification when applicable
  • prepare error-free daily escrow deposit and complete online deposit form
  • respond to and forward email and voicemail promptly
  • handle daily incoming and outgoing mail
  • prepare recording spreadsheets for tracking and send to appropriate parties
  • print and deliver closing packages for escrow officers
  • order paper, office supplies, and coffee supplies
  • perform other duties as assigned
