Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous receptionist or customer service experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Job Duties

  • greet and assist visitors and patients at the front desk

  • coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow
