Job Duties
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately
- warm welcome, greeting and directing patients, visitors, and guests
- coordinate outgoing and incoming mail
- maintain current lists of patients and residents by name and room number and employees by names and phone extension
- order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned
