Job Requirements

  • one year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or related field
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • knowledge of basic office equipment
  • excellent phone etiquette
  • ability to work on-call shifts including mornings, evenings, and nights
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • prior customer service experience preferred

  • knowledge of basic office equipment and excellent phone technique
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • prior experience in public or customer service roles preferred

Job Duties

  • assist and direct residents to appropriate departments or persons to meet their needs
  • provide assistance and information to employees, residents, and guests via phone, memo, fax, email, or in person
  • greet and assist visitors and guests interested in residency and provide brochures and collect forms for Sales and Marketing
  • order office supplies, maintain office equipment, coordinate repairs, and train staff in equipment use
  • accept payments or bill accounts for additional services
  • manage the team schedule
  • provide security by screening visitors, responding to alarms, and notifying first responders
  • receive packages and deliveries, record information, notify staff or residents, and prepare birthday cards for residents
