Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to low-level exposure to bloodborne pathogens
  • One or more years of experience in a customer or patient facing role helpful

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in a customer or patient facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use computers and office software
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols is a plus

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
  • Report operational opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures
  • Support general administrative tasks as assigned
