Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
  • strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Software Suite
  • highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • able to identify a need, remove barriers, and know how to make things happen
  • values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people
  • has good common sense and applied logic
  • must possess or be able to obtain an appropriate state driver's license before employment, along with a clean driving record and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Welcomes clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • determines the purpose of each visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location
  • answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff
  • receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and arranges for distribution or pick-up by staff
  • performs daily mail run between buildings
  • prepares overnight packages
  • orders, stocks, and organizes office and break room supplies
  • helps ensure front office and shared spaces remain clean and organized, including loading/unloading the dishwasher and wiping down counters and tables as needed
  • assists with data entry, scanning, and document processing and tracking
  • provides administrative and clerical support tasks to various departments as needed
  • responsible for working safely, both for self-protection and protection of co-workers, by supporting all Company safety efforts
  • performs other duties as assigned
